Business Analyst

Were looking for a curious memberfocused Business Analyst to support the delivery of HBFs Behavioural Health Platform.

This role will focus on defining and shaping requirements for the platform working closely with the Senior Business Analyst to ensure the requirements are written with clear intent strong foundations and a usercentred approach from day one.

Where youll contribute
Working on the Behavioural Health Platform youll support the definition of requirements and workflows for a new digital health application helping translate business and user needs into clear actionable artefacts for delivery this role you will:

• Engage with business stakeholders and external vendors to understand the platform capabilities and future business aspirations

• Support stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to understand business and member needs

• Support the Senior Business Analyst to capture business requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteriawhileproactively exploringhow these can be streamlinedusingemerging technologies

• Work with technical team members to communicate requirements support solution design defectidentificationand analysis

• Perform process mapping to ensurecurrent stateis considered and whatfuture statewould look like

• Bridge the gap between technical and business language ensuring everyone is aligned

• Youll play a handson role in shaping the foundations of a new digital platform ensuring requirements are clear traceable and aligned to intended outcomes

Youre a clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders and delivery teams and youre keen to grow your skills across analysis facilitation and delivery.

You are curious about how AI can be applied across business functions and proactive inidentifyingopportunities where intelligent automation and machine learning can drive value.

Youre organised deliveryfocused and demonstrate positive professional behaviours. Youre comfortable working in fastpaced environments managing your tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Ideally you bring:

• Experience in using Jira and Confluence tools

• Experience capturing and documenting functional and nonfunctional requirements

• Exposure to user stories acceptance criteria and process mapping

• Confidence working with a range of stakeholders across business and technology

• An interest in health wellbeing behavioural health or customercentred digital solutions
