As theBusiness Analyst for Austal Defence Australia (ADA) youll be responsible for driving operational excellence by analysing business processes identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives across the organisation The role works collaboratively with stakeholders to optimise processes improve productivity support change management and ensure that business requirements are translated into practical and sustainable solutions that support organisational objectives.

Whats Involved
- Lead the elicitation analysis documentation and management of business requirements to ensure solutions meet operational and strategic objectives of ADA
- Support the development implementation and continuous improvement across functional and digital environments by aligning business processes information requirements and digital capabilities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration support change adoption ensuring business readiness for new processes and technologies
- Provide analysis reporting and governance support that enables informed decision making and ensures initiatives deliver intended businesses value
Youll Need
- Diploma or certificate in business analysis project management or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale business process re-engineering initiatives developing sophisticated process models and directing the strategic implementation of enterprise-level IT systems
- Proven ability to provide strategic oversight of business systems driving operational excellence and aligning technology solutions with overarching organisational goals
- Advanced experience in leveraging enterprise-level business analysis tools and the full suite of Microsoft Office applications to deliver strategic insights and drive data-driven decision making
- Expertise in leading strategic change management initiatives employing advanced methodologies to drive organisational transformation and ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies
- Extensive experience in engaging and influencing senior executive stakeholders building strategic partnerships and driving consensus on complex business initiatives
- Understanding and strategic application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
