- Temporary up to 2 years - Full-Time (35 HPW)
- Clerk Grade 7/8 base salary ($116981 - $129492) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Hybrid Working Arrangement: 50% on-site attendance with 2 days in the office in Week 1 and 3 days in Week 2.
Your role
The Business Analyst works as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for digital product definition development implementation maintenance and enhancement.
What youll do
The role leads the review and analysis of the organisations business requirements intentions services processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.
You will also .
- Partner with Senior Business Analysts and Product teams to plan support and deliver business analysis activities across key projects and initiatives.
- Analyse business objectives processes and service needs to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
- Gather document and manage business requirements for new systems enhancements and process changes.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships using effective communication and negotiation skills to support informed decision-making and service improvements.
- Contribute to project delivery through requirement gathering implementation planning change management user acceptance testing and training activities.
- Translate complex technical information into clear plain language for non-technical audiences to ensure understanding and engagement.

- Adaptability & Prioritisation: Capable of managing multiple deliverables independently while responding effectively to changing priorities business needs and deadlines.
- Communication & Continuous Learning: Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear plain language and maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies industry trends and best practices.
