Job Summary
Bolton Clarke Groupone of Australias largest independent not-for-profit providers of home care retirement living and residential aged care operating nationally and Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD NSW VIC SA & WA with the inclusion of the Allity McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.
Bolton Clarke is seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a portfolio of enterprise technology transformation initiatives. These will be a 6-month fixed term contract with a strong view to extend.
These roles will play a key part in shaping future technology solutions across Identity & Access Management (IAM) Unified Communications and Telephony End User Computing technology procurement and broader infrastructure modernisation programs.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will work closely with business stakeholders technology teams solution architects and vendors to understand business needs define requirements and support the delivery of fit-for-purpose solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities across technology transformation projects.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to elicit and analyse requirements.
Document business functional and non-functional requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
Assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions and improvements.
Partner with technical teams architects and vendors to support solution design and implementation.
Contribute to business cases solution assessments procurement activities and vendor evaluations.
Support testing business readiness and implementation planning.
About You
You are an experienced Business Analyst who can confidently operate between business and technology teams and enjoys working on complex transformation initiatives.
Youll bring:
Demonstrated experience delivering technology digital or enterprise transformation projects.
Experience gathering analysing and documenting business and technical requirements.
Proven ability to translate business needs into practical solution outcomes.
Experience working with technical specialists vendors and project delivery teams.
Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
Highly Regarded Experience
As we are recruiting for two positions across different streams of work experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Unified Communications and Telephony
Microsoft technology environments including Teams
End User Computing and workplace technology initiatives
Technology procurement vendor evaluations and market assessments
Infrastructure cloud or enterprise technology projects
Healthcare aged care community care or other regulated environments
