About the role
We have an exciting permanent opportunity within the Building Services team in our Development Services Business Unit. As an Officer Building Services youll be responsible for processing complex building and service connection applications coordinating with stakeholders and providing technical support to customers colleagues and stakeholders. This role is based at our Leederville office and reports to the Team Leader Process and Support Team.

What the role will involve
- Processing a variety of complex building water and sewer connection applications
- Respond to enquiries regarding the Corporations policies and technical requirements for developments and escalate contentious matters as required
- Mentor and provide guidance to other team members
- Assist a diverse range of customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other officers to support the building services process
About you
Youll have significant experience working in a technically focused customer service environment supported by strong communication skills and the ability to tailor information to a wide range of audiences. Highly resultsdriven you excel at managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Your knowledge of the processes and regulatory requirements relating to the provision of water related infrastructure to the building and development industry enables you to provide informed and reliable guidance. As a collaborative team player you thrive in environments where shared problemsolving and strong teamwork drive successful outcomes.
