Breakfast Chef

This is a hands-on opportunity for a chef who enjoys the energy of breakfast service takes pride in quality and presentation and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Be Doing

• Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes in line with our culinary standards
• Ensure food is prepared consistently efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintain excellent presentation and portion control
• Support daily preparation stock control and kitchen organisation
• Maintain high standards of food safety hygiene and HACCP compliance
• Keep your work areas clean organised and ready for service
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure a smooth and positive service
• Contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture where learning and development are encouraged

Qualifications :

Youll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferably in a breakfast environment
• A passion for cooking and delivering quality food
• A strong understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop your skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and public holidays
• Valid full Australian working rights
