Breakfast Chef de Partie Cleo

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the breakfast section ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards. 
• Coordinate daily breakfast mise en place and service requirements to ensure a seamless guest experience. 
• Prepare and present a range of breakfast offerings with consistency quality and attention to detail. 
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain efficient kitchen operations and service delivery. 
• Assist with menu development recipe refinement and the introduction of seasonal breakfast offerings. 
• Maintain a clean organised and compliant work environment in line with food safety and hygiene standards. 
• Monitor stock levels within your section and assist with ordering stock rotation and waste minimisation initiatives. 
• Support mentor and guide junior team members while fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen culture. 
• Contribute to the broader success of the business by assisting across different kitchen sections and operational areas as required. 

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to take the next step within a hotel café or quality breakfast-focused venue. 
• Strong knowledge of breakfast and brunch preparation including à la carte service. 
• A commitment to delivering high-quality food with consistency and attention to detail. 
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively during service. 
• A positive and proactive approach working collaboratively within a team environment. 
• Sound understanding of food safety hygiene and kitchen compliance requirements. 
• Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and public holidays as required. 
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences.
