As part of the 2DAYFM team youll be responsible for bringing both 2DAYFM and 2DAYFM Breakfast to life through compelling promotions audience experiences partnerships and activations that drive listening engagement and brand closely with Content Digital Sales and Programming teams youll help shape the future of the brand while creating unforgettable moments for Sydney in our Sydney office at World Square youll also enjoy being part of a vibrant culture thats currently trialling a 9-day fortnight giving you every second Friday off to rest recharge and enjoy life outside of work. This is a 12-month parental leave contract.A day in the lifeAs the Brand Experience Lead for2DAYFM youll be the mastermind behind bold audience-first experiences that bring the brand to life. From on-air promotions and street activations to digital campaigns and local events your days will be fast-paced creative and purpose-driven all with one goal: growing our audience and deepening listener an important member of the Content Senior Leadership Team you will help drive the strategy and team culture alongside the Content Director Assistant Content Director and Show Executive you live for big ideas love building brands and want to be part of something iconic this is your Youll NeedExtensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions marketing branding PR digital media and/or social media strategyIn depth knowledge of content sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platformsHigh level Project Management skillsExcellent people and resource management skillsAbility to motivate and lead teams towards the delivery of creative solutionsAbility to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needsExcellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levelsAbility to handle high volume of projects at high pace with easeKeen interest in news popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCAs audiencesLet us sweeten the deal!9 Day fortnight trialto support your work life balanceSCA GIGs Our internal talent development program helps you cross-skill and grow within Perks Extra leave for your birthday and volunteering plus free and discounted concert and footy tickets.
