About You:

We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives on challenges and genuinely embraces apeople-first culture. To be successful you will bring:

  • Retail Leadership:3 years of management experience in high-volume retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service:5 years of customer service experience with a passion for creating exceptional interactions.
  • Team Empowerment:Strong desire to coach inspire and develop a diverse team of 20 members.
  • Operational Excellence:Top-tier time management to smoothly delegate tasks across a 24/7 business alongside tech competence in web-based platforms (rostering inventory reports).
  • Creative Problem Solving:A high level of persistence attention to detail and a knack for finding creative solutions to daily challenges.
  • True Leadership Integrity:A clear confident communicator with listen-to-hear skills. Because we operate 24/7/365 peak holidays (like Christmas Easter and New Years) are our busiest times. As a people-first leader you lead by example and love supporting your team side-by-side during these milestone trade days.
