Combine Your Bookkeeping Skills with Work That Makes a DifferenceBookkeeping and Human Resources Administration OfficerPart-time 24 hours over four days Adelaide CBDWould you like to use your bookkeeping and administration skills in an organisation that helps people overcome disadvantage and achieve their employment and education goalsYouth Options is looking for a capable and people-focused professional to join our Operations this varied part-time role you will help keep our bookkeeping payroll human resources and office administration functions organised accurate and will work closely with the Operations Manager using Xero for accounts payroll reporting taxation obligations asset management and project budgets. You will also use HR Partner to support recruitment onboarding employee training screening checks probation reviews annual reviews and accurate human resources role will suit someone who:Has practical bookkeeping experience using XeroEnjoys balancing finance HR and administration responsibilitiesIs accurate organised and able to follow tasks through to completionCommunicates clearly and provides friendly customer serviceHandles sensitive information with care and confidentialityValues inclusion and works respectfully with people from diverse role is based at 40 Sturt Street Adelaide and is worked across four days with the arrangement negotiated with the successful applicant. The full-time equivalent base salary is $71577.48 paid pro rata plus 17.5% leave loading 12% superannuation and access to salary packaging of up to $15899 per year. A relevant bookkeeping accountancy or human resources qualification is highly desirable.
