BMC Engineer

About the role

This is a specialist engineering position focused on the design support optimisation and continuous improvement of Cuscals BMC Helix Platform.

In this role you will;

• Manage support and improve the BMC Helix Platform including Discovery CMDB and AIOps components
• Integrate BMC solutions with enterprise technology platforms and operational tooling
• Drive platform upgrades enhancements and strategic improvements
• Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions using BMC technologies
• Partner with vendors and technology stakeholders to maximise value from the BMC platform

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

• Extensive hands-on experience administering and enhancing BMC Helix Platform solutions
• Strong experience across BMC Discovery CMDB AIOps and monitoring technologies
• Experience managing enterprise-scale monitoring alerting and configuration management platforms
• Proven success designing and implementing monitoring and automation solutions
• Experience delivering highly available technology services in medium to large enterprise environments
• Strong background in process design governance and continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
