Our Opportunity

NEPEAN Engineering are seeking an experienced Industrial Blaster who will work on a variety of projects including producing one-off production components. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Prestons NSW.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Clean and prepare surfaces for painting using air-powered sandblasting equipment.
• Identify improvements and complete a Non-Conformance Report if/when required.
• Operate overhead cranes.
• Maintain equipment.

The Right Person

To be considered for this opportunity the right person will have:

• Experience in industrial blasting of structural steel products.
• Demonstrated experience with various hand and power tools.
• Rights to work in Australia.
• Organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
