About the role:
- Generate and validate high-volume multi-rate invoices ensuring strict compliance with contractual terms and regulatory standards
- Investigate and resolve C&I billing disputes such as meter data discrepancies or demand charge errors
- Monitor exceptions and look for patterns or trends as to why exceptions are occurring
- Work collaboratively within the C&I Billing and Operations team and across the Corporation demonstrating alignment with agreed team behaviours
- Build and maintain successful relationships relevant to the role purpose and contribute to the accomplishment of C&I operations team goals
- Effectively identify and rectify data invoicing and meter reading anomalies/issues
- Effectively escalate any issues with activities to Billing Specialists or relevant parties for investigation
About you:
- Experience working in Energy industry (Ideally C&I)
- Experience working in a Billing or associated type role.
- Team Player- Always sharing thoughts and ideas with the team.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Strong Understanding of complex tariffs demand embedded networks
- Experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of AEMOs CATS Procedures
- Experience using Salesforce CRM
