Skills and Experience
- A Degree or diploma in Marketing Communications Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in bids and marketing ideally within the architecture design or professional services sector.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and building relationships across all organisational levels.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tender and award submissions from start to finish.
- Familiarity with media liaison content creation and social media management.
- Ability to identify and leverage marketing opportunities to enhance brand presence.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
Responsibilities
- Support the Bids & Marketing Lead in delivering all bids marketing and graphics-related initiatives.
- Coordinate and prepare tender and award submissions ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral presentations and visual content aligned with AJCs brand identity.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communications to ensure consistent messaging.
- Liaise with media outlets and industry partners to promote AJCs projects and achievements.
- Research market trends competitor activities and industry opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
- Produce written content for newsletters publications and digital platforms.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing opportunities to enhance AJCs visibility and reputation.
- Maintain and update AJCs digital presence including website and social media channels.
- Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to ensure timely delivery of marketing and communication projects.
