Behaviour Support Practitioner | Penrith

In this role you will:

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
• Create evidence-based personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach
• Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core Proficient or Advanced)
• Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex varied caseload independently
• Current drivers license and own reliable vehicle
