As a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will develop and implement positive behaviour support plans for adults and children with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting functional behaviour assessments
• Creating evidence-based personalised support plans
• Working with a varied caseload with comprehensive support

Qualifications :

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow their skills. You will be committed to achieving positive outcomes for our clients and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

You take pride in delivering person-centred ethical interventions bring a positive attitude to your work enjoy being part of a collaborative team and arent afraid to have a bit of fun along the way. 

You will have:

• Current registration (Core Proficient or Advanced) as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner 
• Demonstrated experience in providing support to people with behaviours of concern
• Degree qualifications in allied health or a related area is essential
• Current drivers license and own reliable vehicle
