Bar Manager

As Bar Manager youll take ownership of the daily operation of Bar Capri leading one of Noosas busiest premium cocktail venues while working alongside the award-winning team at Cibaria and Maestro Hospitality.

Youll lead a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff creating an environment where exceptional service strong leadership and genuine hospitality are at the centre of everything you do.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be responsible for:

• Leading one of Queenslands busiest premium cocktail bars.
• Inspiring mentoring and developing a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff.
• Driving exceptional guest experiences through every service.
• Managing labour beverage costs stock control and financial performance.
• Developing seasonal cocktail menus and innovative beverage offerings.
• Working closely with our Head Sommelier and leadership team at Cibaria.
• Maintaining the highest standards of service presentation and operational excellence.

Qualifications :

This role is for a seasoned hospitality professional.

Someone who has earned their stripes managing busy cocktail bars understands high-volume service without compromising quality and genuinely enjoys leading people from the floor.
