Bar Manager

What youll be doing:

• Oversee the successful operations of the Bar
• Lead & Inspire the team to deliver excellent hospitality
• Drive sales and a positive guest experience
• Work closely and collaboratively with the other F&B Outlet leaders & Kitchen team 
• Support with operations of the restaurant conferences and other outlets as required
• Respond to complaints with calm professional and guest-centered resolutions
• Support with onboarding feedback training & developing the F&B team
• Promote a positive & inclusive culture across the team and wider resort 

Qualifications :

What youll bring to the role:

• Passionate about connecting with people and providing hospitality with heart
• Experience with successfully leading a team & promoting a positive culture  
• Excellent bartending skills and beverage knowledge
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• RSA Certificate
• Reliable transport (public transport not accessible at required shift times)
• Available to work weeknights & weekends and holiday season
