Bar Allrounder

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

In this diverse role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting site operations across bar retail and cleaning areas. Duties include serving alcohol restocking retail products and beverages refilling vending machines cleaning public areas and laundries and maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene throughout the site.

To be successful you must hold a current NSW RSA White Card National Police Clearance and an open drivers licence. Previous experience in hospitality bar service or retail is essential along with a positive attitude strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Location: Remote NSW (Drive-In Drive-Out)
Roster: 14 days on 7 days off (10 hours per day)
Salary: $82311 per year superannuation (fortnightly pay cycle)
Suitable for: Residents of Dubbo Dunedoo and surrounding areas.

The Person

• White Card
• Current NSW RSA
• National Police Clearance
• Open Driver Licence
• Hospitality bar or retail experience
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-focused attitude and flexibility to assist across different areas
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screening
• Reliable transport for the DIDO arrangement
• Reliable and professional team members
• Strong customer service skills
