Our commitment to innovation drives us to pioneer new solutions reshaping the way we care for our the Role:We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Banking Officer to join our Resident Management team. Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader this role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely accurate and compliant processing of resident payments and banking activities while delivering a high standard of customer service to both internal and external will be responsible for receipting and allocating payments managing direct debits investigating unidentified or dishonoured transactions and supporting our Care Communities with banking and receipting queries. This role contributes directly to operational accuracy financial integrity and a positive customer ResponsibilitiesProcess daily and monthly resident payments with a high level of accuracyReceipt and allocate payments within agreed timeframesManage direct debit processing including dishonoured paymentsInvestigate and reconcile unidentified paymentsComplete daily/weekly cheque bankingRespond to payment and receipting enquiries from internal and external stakeholdersSupport month-end processes and ongoing process improvement initiativesAbout You:You are highly organised detail-oriented and confident working in a regulated high-volume environment. You take pride in accuracy enjoy problem-solving and are comfortable liaising with a range of 3 years experience in a banking receipting or finance operations role is preferredDiploma in Accounting is essentialAdvanced Excel and strong data entry skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage confidential informationStrong communication time management and customer service skillsExperience in a regulated environment and/or aged care is highly advantageousWhat can we offer youProfessional Growth -Join a supportive and collaborative team where your career development is a priority.
