This is a full-time branch-based role and the hours are across and inclusive ofMondaytoFriday.

WhatwillIneed

• Strongleadershipexperienceideallygained in aRetailBankingenvironment(preferred not essential)
• Provenexperience of holding accountability forriskandcompliance staffperformanceandcustomerexperience
• High-energy with an ability toinspireandmotivatea diverse team
• Experience of working to fulfilbusinessperformance targetsandspurgrowth
• Ability to effectivelyde-escalateand address challenging situations by usingstrongcommunicationandproblem-solvingskills
