Your Role

An exciting opportunity exists to join the team at Shalom College Bundaberg in the position of AV & Tech Production Manager. This is a full-time continuing position for 38hpw commencing from Term 3 2026 (13th July 2026).

The AV & Tech Production Manager will lead the design programming maintenance and day-to-day operation of the colleges AV and Tech Production services managing staff budgets facilities and equipment and working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that support teaching events and community use.

  • Tertiary qualifications at Associate Diploma/Diploma level or equivalent knowledge qualifications and experience relevant to this role would be highly regarded.
