About the Role

Were looking for an organised relationship-minded Australian Programs Coordinator to join our small values-driven team on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE 3 days per week).

Youll support the smooth day-to-day running of MMTs Australian Programs administering our First Nations Scholarships and Community Grants programs maintaining strong relationships with our partners and helping keep our program data reporting and monitoring and evaluation on track. Youll report to the Australian Programs Senior Manager and work alongside a warm vibrant and committed team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering the First Nations Scholarships and Community Grants programs
  • Supporting strategic partner relationships
  • Coordinating project management and administration
  • Managing program data and reporting
  • Supporting monitoring evaluation and learning (MEL)

About You

  • A commitment to working within MMTs Mission and Values.
  • A tertiary qualification in Community Development Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Studies Social Work or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a program coordination or administration role within the community development or not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
  • A strong understanding of and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people cultures and issues.
  • Demonstrated experience with administration data and tracking systems including CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Solid financial acumen including budget monitoring and grant or payment administration.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across correspondence reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • High computer proficiency including Excel and CRM/database systems.
  • Willingness to travel domestically if required.
  • Willingness to comply with MMTs Safeguarding Policy including a criminal record check or equivalent statutory declaration.

The Details

This is a permanent part-time position (0.6 FTE 3 days per week) based in North Sydney with hybrid working arrangements available. Youll report to the Australian Programs Senior Manager.

Salary: $42000 $45000 pro-rata (0.6 FTE) plus Superannuation based on the full-time equivalent range of $70000 $75000 plus salary packaging options.
