• Deliver expressive and natural voice performances appropriate to the content.
• Adapt tone pacing and speaking style to meet project requirements.
• Follow pronunciation standards and recording instructions.
• Review recordings to ensure accuracy consistency and audio quality.
• Submit completed recordings within established deadlines.
• Communicate any content pronunciation or technical concerns to the project team.
• Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout all project assignments.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Australian English.
• Authentic Australian accent and pronunciation.
• Excellent pronunciation articulation and verbal communication skills.
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt delivery for different audiences and content types.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet recording environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online recording platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

• Previous experience in voice-over narration dubbing podcasting broadcasting or media production.
• Experience with AI speech data collection or localisation projects.
• Familiarity with audio recording and editing software.
• Access to professional recording equipment and a sound-treated recording space.
