What youll do

As an Associate/Technical Director Project Leadership & Controls in our QLD Transport Team based in Brisbaneyoullcontributetoprojects and programs thatmake a real difference and be part ofateamthat embraces challenges welcomes diverse ideas and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

• Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
• Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
• Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance

What youll bring

As a proven leader with a passion for advancing infrastructure were looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic collaborative environment. To be successful in this role youll bring:

• Min. 15 years of experience in engineering and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) with a proven track record in roads and highways projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
• A forward-thinking approach with a passion for sustainable innovative engineering solutions.
• A deep understanding of the transport sector along with the ability to influence and shape the technical direction of projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• A track record of delivering practical impactful outcomes
• Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
