As an Associate/Technical Director Project Leadership & Controls in our QLD Transport Team based in Brisbaneyoullcontributetoprojects and programs thatmake a real difference and be part ofateamthat embraces challenges welcomes diverse ideas and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
- Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
- Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
- Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
- Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance
What youll bring
As a proven leader with a passion for advancing infrastructure were looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic collaborative environment. To be successful in this role youll bring:
- Min. 15 years of experience in engineering and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) with a proven track record in roads and highways projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
- A forward-thinking approach with a passion for sustainable innovative engineering solutions.
- A deep understanding of the transport sector along with the ability to influence and shape the technical direction of projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A track record of delivering practical impactful outcomes
- Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
