This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating audits with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues ensuring audits are executed in compliance with policies and protocols.
• Executing audit processes with an understanding of an entitys operating environment.

Skills and attributes for success

Ideally youll have the skills and attributes belowbutdontworry ifyoudonttick all the youraptitudeattitudeand willingness to learn.

• Experience delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
• Experience leading the planning execution and reporting on audits.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience in accounting frameworks (IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters.
• A degree and/or progress towards/completion of a recognised accounting qualification (CA CPA ACCA or equivalent)
• The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their concerns and providing value added recommendations.

The salary range for this role is AUD 75000 to AUD 112000 inclusive of superannuation dependent on skills experienceand work location.
