We have an opportunity for anAssociate to join our thriving Statutory Insurance - WorkersCompensation practice working with a highly regarded team based inour Sydney office.

The successful candidate willideally have a minimum of three years post-admission experience inpersonal injury claims specifically Workers Compensation foremployers/insurers. This is a genuine growth role for the rightcandidate offering the opportunity for clear career progressionwithin a supportive and nurturing environment.

The Statutory Insurance NSW -Workers Compensation section is a defendant insurance legal teamwhich has approximately 70 people across the Sydney and Newcastleoffice.

Aboutyou

You will ideally have thefollowing skills and experience:

• minimum three years of post-admission experience;
• experience working in the personal injury space specifically Workers Compensation for employers/insurers;
• experience on the defendant side is ideal;
• clear concise legal writing skills;
• strong attention to detail; a strong commitment to client service;
• ability to mentor and supervise junior members of the team; and
• initiative and the ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
