Associate Territory Manager Trauma Perth

At Stryker were driven to make healthcare better. Were looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Trauma team in Perth Western Australia. This is a hands-on role where things move quickly and youll support surgeons in theatre while learning our Trauma portfolio in depth and building the commercial skills to grow your territory over time.

Youll take part in a comprehensive onboarding program that includes workshops online learning and in-theatre training to help you build confidence quickly.

What youll do

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
• Build meaningful relationships with surgeons nurses and theatre staff
• Partner with your Territory Manager on business planning and account strategy
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across Perth and Western Australia
• Deliver education and in-servicing to hospital teams
• Manage instruments set preparation and case logistics
• Stay across new products techniques and industry developments

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales or healthcare-related role
• Ability to work in hospital environments including operating theatres
• Current valid drivers licence
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in an allied health field (e.g. nursing physiotherapy exercise science)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical technical or medical sales environments
• Experience working toward sales targets or KPIs in any industry
