We have anopportunity for a litigation lawyer to join our Dispute Resolutionsection in Sydney working with a highly regarded team of leadingPartners and lawyers.

Our Sydneyteam is part of our national and well-established DisputeResolution Section with over 115 team members nationally workingacross all facets of commercial dispute resolution and litigationincluding commercial and contractual disputes banking andfinancial services litigation restructuring and insolvency publicsector property disputes regulatory investigations and taxdisputes.

This is afantastic hands-on commercial litigation role with significantlearning development and progression opportunities and theopportunity to work with interesting clients and complexmatters

You will beresponsible for:

• corporate restructuring and insolvency and bankruptcy matters both contentious and non-contentious; and
• complex commercial litigation matters.

Aboutyou

You willideally have the following skills and experience:

• between 3 and 5 years of post-admission experience in Australia is essential;
• previous experience in insolvency and restructuring together with some exposure to commercial litigation ideally from a large or medium sized law firm or a specialist litigation practice;
• strong communication and drafting skills with outstanding attention to detail;
• the ability to confidently run matters through dispute resolution processes; and
• the ability to handle busy workload with competing timelines.
