The Norton Rose Fulbright Environment & Planning team acts formajor corporate clients developers infrastructure providersindustry and government. You will be engaged in a mix oflitigation advice and transaction work focussed on planning andenvironmental law issues. These include planning approvals andappeals major project approvals contaminated land and wastemanagement planning agreements land acquisition climate changeand environmental compliance. To be considered for this role youwill ideally have;
- A minimum of 2 years PQE gained within a reputable Environment & Planning practice
- Experience in the conduct of Land and Environment Court proceedings
- Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong drafting skills
- Strong academic achievements
