Associate Director of Information Technology (Corio Campus)

About the role

We areseekinga dynamic and strategic Associate DirectorofIT to lead the delivery of contemporary IT services and solutions. You will provide both strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Schools IT function guiding the development delivery and continuous improvement of infrastructure systems and support services.

You will play a key role in shaping technology practices aligning IT with organisational priorities and driving continuous improvement innovation and service excellence across the function.

What you will be doing

• Providing leadership and managing the IT team fostering a positive high-performing culture

• Partner with stakeholders across theSchoolto understand needs and deliver practical effective technology solutions

• Managing IT budgets contracts and assets while ensuring strong governance risk management and compliance

• Leading the development and delivery of IT strategy projects and initiatives to support theSchoolseducational and business objectives

• Overseeing IT operations including systems infrastructure service delivery and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a nuanced understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder needs

• Demonstrated ability to lead strategically whilemaintainingeffective operational oversight

• Proven leadership experience in a style that is customer-centric collaborativeand technology-neutral withstrong communicationand problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated experience in a senior IT orITmanagementrole within a dynamic environment

• Demonstrated ability to build trust through integrity discretion and sound judgement supported by a strong commitment to confidentiality and effective governance

• Prior experience in an education environment will beadvantageous

• Strong organisational and planning skills withexcellentattention to detail

• Knowledge across the modern workplace ecosystem including Microsoft 365 and Teams collaboration

• Ability to navigate ambiguityandadapt to changing priorities

• A positive authentic and resilient approach with curiosity and a passion for innovation
