As Assistant Venue Manager across our Sydney venues youll build experience across the full operation of a premium corporate events environment. Youll work closely with an experienced Venue Manager help keep two busy venues running smoothly and play an important part in delivering meetings conferences training programs exams and events that our clients remember for the right reasons.
Its a role with real variety. One moment you might be supporting the team through a busy event period the next you could be helping solve a client request coordinating catering or making sure the venue is ready for whats coming next.

What Youll Be Doing
Working closely with the Venue Manager across two Sydney venues youll help create smooth professional experiences from the moment clients and guests arrive.
In this role you will:
- Help coordinate venue front-of-house and catering operations
- Support and guide team members throughout event delivery
- Keep venue presentation facilities maintenance and workplace safety standards on track
- Assist with rostering resources and operational budgets
- Build strong client relationships and calmly solve event-day challenges

Youre someone who likes being where the action is. You can keep several priorities moving communicate clearly and stay calm when plans change.
Youll bring:
- Experience in hospitality events conferencing hotels or another customer-focused operational environment
- Experience supporting or coordinating people and competing priorities
