THE ROLE
This is a hands-on evening leadership role suited to someone who thrives under pressure commands the floor with confidence and knows how to bring out the best in a large team during the most dynamic part of the day.
Lead the evening service from the front setting the tone managing the pace and ensuring every guest leaves wanting to come back
Create exceptional guest experiences through warm polished service that feels effortless even when it isnt
Support and deputise for the Restaurant Manager across evening shifts taking full ownership of floor operations
Lead and develop a diverse team fostering a culture that prioritises guest satisfaction a proactive mindset and genuine hospitality
Drive departmental performance through effective revenue strategies upselling and meticulous financial controls
Build a positive engaging and results-oriented environment that promotes learning growth and mutual respect
Coach mentor and develop future leaders within the team
THE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a senior floor leadership role within a high-volume quality-driven restaurant or bar environment
Strong evening and late-night hospitality experience you understand the rhythm of a dinner and drinks service and how to lead through it
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
Strong leadership and team management abilities with a genuine passion for developing and motivating staff
Availability to work evening shifts weekends and public holidays this role is built around the evening operation
Current Queensland RSA and RMLV (or willingness to obtain)
