Our Strategic Policy Science and Engagement Corporate Affairs team is currently seeking to appoint an Assistant Project Officer Programs to support the delivery of impactful digital programs and projects that contribute to sustainability climate change and environmental outcomes across NSW.
In this role you will be working in the Energy and Climate focused digital team working on a number of key projects such as the website content upgrades the Choose Circular directory and the Home Energy Saver program.
You will be editing the Climate and Energy Action and Energy Security Corporation websites prepare email marketing campaigns assist with procurement and correspondence support stakeholder engagement activities and assist with monitoring and reporting requirements including with Google Data Studio.
Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment you will play an important role in supporting program governance continuous improvement initiatives and effective project delivery across the Corporate Affairs division.
About You
You are a motivated and organised project professional with experience supporting the delivery of programs or projects in a complex environment. You have strong organisational and time management skills can manage competing priorities and are comfortable working across multiple activities simultaneously. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach you contribute to quality outcomes and support effective project coordination from planning through to delivery.
You are a strong communicator who builds positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and exercises sound judgement discretion and professionalism in your work. A collaborative team player you enjoy working with others to solve problems share information and achieve common goals. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a positive team culture will help you succeed in this role.
Key Knowledge and Experience
- Website editing experience would be highly regarded however training will be provided.
- Demonstrated experience assisting in delivering successful program/project outcomes on time and to quality standards.
- Stakeholder management skills with demonstrated time management and organisation skills and ability to use sound judgement and appropriate discretion when dealing with all parties.
