About the team
The Strategy team within Strategy & Innovation Revenue NSW is offering a temporary opportunity with possibility of extension for a motivated and insightful Assistant Project Officer. This is an exciting chance to contribute to strategic planning that supports major business priorities and customer outcomes.

About you
Were looking for someone who is also curious proactive and comfortable working across a range of stakeholders. Someone whos excited to build their skills in strategic planning and business performance reporting.

Your day to day

  • Provide project and administration support to the team with a focus on enterprise level performance measure reporting
  • Maintain and collate documentation to ensure compliance with team practices
  • Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned work areas and contribute to the preparation of documents to support informed decision making and planning
  • Communicate with a range of relevant stakeholders to support project coordination and delivery

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Strong organisational skills with theability to manage competing priorities and deliver high quality work withinagreed timeframes.
  • Effective written and verbal communicationskills with the ability to prepare clear documentation and engage confidentlywith a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solvingskills
  • A collaborative and proactive approachwith a willingness to learn adapt and contribute positively to team outcomes.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics isdesirable but not essential. We are looking for someone who is curiousmotivated and keen to build their capability in these areas.

Salary Grade 5/6 with the base salary for this role starting at $102936 base plus superannuation
