Assistant Project Manager (Urban Development)
Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Project Manager to join our high-performing Urban Development team in this role youll support with the delivery of land subdivision / greenfield / masterplanning projects coordinating diverse tasks working across multidisciplinary teams and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in the planning coordination and delivery of urban development projects.
- Assist with program budget and risk tracking across multiple project stages.
- Act as superintendent during construction.
- Assist with preparing bids proposals tenders and contract documentation in line with Australian Standards.
- Assisting with authority approvals and construction-phase activities including site inspections and civil works superintendency.
- Liaise with clients councils authorities and internal stakeholders as required.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will ideally have 2 years experience in urban development civil construction engineering consultancy or a related field in a similar role. You will also have:
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering Construction Management Project Management Planning or a related discipline
- Understanding of land development processes design coordination and construction fundamentals
- Contract Admin experience desired
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confident communicator with a collaborative professional approach
