Assistant Night Manager The Sebel Sydney Martin Place

Conveniently located in the Heart of the Sydney - The Sebel Sydney Martin Place is looking for a Part Time - Assistant Night Manager to join our night team. If you function better at night and considered a night shift expert this is the role for you!

• Support and lead the Night Audit and Front Office operations during overnight shifts.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest enquiries requests and complaints professionally.
• Complete Night Audit procedures and ensure all daily financial reconciliations are completed accurately.
• Manage guest arrivals departures and room allocations.
• Ensure hotel security procedures and emergency response protocols are followed
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Engineering Security and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain high standards of presentation professionalism and service delivery.

Qualifications :

• Previous Front Office supervisory or leadership experience within a hotel environment.
• Experience using Opera PMS (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Night Audit procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage overnight hotel operations.
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts weekends and public holidays.
