JOB SUMMARY

Position Summary:

  • Rise with us and be responsible for managing the planning and executing HR activities programs and initiatives

  • Manage the onboarding of new associates and review all employment contracts

  • Reinforce our commitment to associates wellbeing by assisting with the facilitation of new associates orientation programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders

  • Assist in interviewing candidates whilst supporting other departments throughout the recruitment process

  • Manage all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements

  • Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with your Human Resources Team

  • Plan organise and execute TakeCare events and activities for associates creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing

  • Assist with creating the hotels talent acquisition strategy networking with local organisations and attending external recruitment fairs

  • Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position

  • Assist with ensuring employee files contain required employment paperwork are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time focusing on attention to detail

  • Assists with managing Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs

About You:

  • Relevant experience in a similar managerial role

  • Strong knowledge in employment law

  • Working rights in Australia
