Service Streams Utilities division are currently seeking a Asset Optimisation Lead to join our growing company. You will overseethedevelopmentand continuous improvementoftheannual maintenanceplanintendingto enhance the safety quality and profitability oftheMaintenance Contract.

Nature of position: Permanent Full Time

Location: Coburg VIC

Reporting Line: Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Developexecuteandmaintainasset management strategies to align with annual collaborative goals.
• Research review and developoptimisedprocesses to improve asset lifecycle costs through predictive preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Work closely with Operational Stakeholders to ensure industry best practices and continuous improvement efficiencies for the associated asset management practices.
• Ensure clear effective communication of the maintenance schedules and associated requirements tofacilitatesmooth execution and management of all scheduled tasks.
• Work with the planners and schedulers to ensure the maintenance schedules accurately reflect the necessary sequencing and success of preventive maintenance logic. Lead teams responsible forestablishing/updating procedures to keep the contract aligned with the baseline schedules.
• Work closely with teams to implement necessary risk mitigation strategies tominimisethe maintenance contracts overall risk profile.
• Work with workforceanalystsand schedulers to ensure maintenance schedules are achieving targetedobjectivesandmaintainongoing reporting format improvement including KPI requirements.
• Leverage data analytics to predict asset issues reduce network downtime and improve maintenance schedules.

About You

• 5 years experience inthedeliveryand optimizationofWaterInfrastructureMaintenance Programs.
• Tradecertificate in electrical or mechanical would be advantageous
• Previous experience in delivery of maintenance activitiesin both water and wastewater treatment and networks assets
• Current drivers license
