Asset Manager SA and WA

We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Manager SA and WA PPP Schools to join our Health & Education team in Adelaide and play a key role in leading asset maintenance strategy and ensuring compliance across a diverse portfolio of critical school infrastructure. Reporting to the Contract Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Lead the delivery of asset maintenance management strategies ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements across the portfolio

• Analyse asset condition data and develop lifecycle and backlog maintenance plans to optimise building performance and sustainability

• Partner closely with operations and finance teams to provide technical guidance reporting insights and commercially sound recommendations

• Manage subcontractor performance procurement activities and service delivery outcomes to meet KPI and quality standards

• Build strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and long-term value

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience in asset or facilities management within complex or high-volume environments

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage contracts financial performance and reporting requirements effectively

• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors procurement processes and performance-based delivery models

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Asset Management Facilities Management Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
