About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week Monday to Friday) based at our Tamworth site. However for the right applicant another BEST Employment site location within the Area may be considered.
As an Area Manager for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) in our Southern Region you will lead a team of employment services professionals to deliver high-quality person-centred services that support positive employment outcomes for participants. You will be responsible for driving operational performance leading and developing staff ensuring contract compliance and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across the region. This is a dynamic leadership role that requires a passion for people a focus on performance and a commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for individuals to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
Regular travel across Southern IEA sites within your area of responsibility is a requirement of this role including overnight travel as needed.

- Previous experience in client-advocacy and barrier management (desired).
- Previous administration customer service or case management experience (desired).
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Clear National Criminal History Check
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
