Architect
Job Summary
This is a design-led role at the heart of major station architecture. Youll be working across all stages of a project from early concept and stakeholder engagement through to technical development documentation and delivery contributing to buildings and public spaces that will be used by millions of people for generations.
Day to day youll be collaborating closely with architects urban designers engineers and clients across a genuinely multidisciplinary environment. Youll be expected to bring ideas challenge briefs and help translate design intent into buildable beautiful outcomes. Theres real scope here to take ownership of your work develop your design voice and grow into a more senior role as the programme evolves.
The projects youll work on are complex high-profile and deeply connected to the city and youll be doing it alongside some of the most experienced transport architects in Australia and globally
Qualifications :
- A degree in Architecture and progress towards or completion of registration
- Demonstrated experience in transport infrastructure or civic architecture
- Strong design skills with the ability to work across scales from precinct-level thinking to detailed resolution
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- An understanding of how great public architecture works in practice technically commercially and for the people who use it
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute positively in a fast-paced design-led studio
