• Pay:$54.88 - $58.53 Super Duration: 24 months (with potential for extension)
• Hours:MondayFriday(37.5 hours per week)
• Location: Surry Hills NSW

Youll play a key role in supporting frontline service delivery within a busy and purpose-driven environment. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering a high level of service to clients.

• Providing professional front-of-house and telephone customer service
• Managing client enquiries and acting as a key point of contact
• Coordinating referrals to internal and external service providers
• Supporting delivery of programs and workshops
• Performing data entry record keeping and maintaining accurate client files
• Assisting with financial administration (invoicing procurement tracking)
• Supporting reporting compliance and operational processes
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have experience in administration customer service or office support
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Be highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Show initiative and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Be comfortable working in a sensitive client-focused setting
