APS4 Administration Officer

Synergie Australia is seeking APS4 Administration Officers to support a Federal Government program.

The important parts:

• Pay:$55-$58 per hour Super
• Hours: MondayFriday 37.5 hours per week
• Duration: 6-month contract (potential to extend)
• Location: Collins Street Melbourne

What you will be required to do:

You will provide administrative and frontline support to assist with service delivery and the implementation of a new case management system.

• Manage inbound calls and respond to client and provider enquiries
• Coordinate appointments and maintain client records
• Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
• Assist with system updates and workflow processes
• Work across multiple systems to manage information accurately

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have previous administration or customer service experience
• Be confident working across multiple IT systems (Salesforce advantageous)
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced team-based environment
• Have high attention to detail and organisational skills

Requirements:

• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
• Ability to complete required background checks
