About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our Global Facilities this role you will lead facilities management activities across multiple locations ensuring our workplaces remain safe compliant efficient and aligned with FLSmidth standards. You will work closely with local and global stakeholders to enhance workplace experiences manage service providers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure facilities are safe clean compliant and well maintained

  • Manage third-party facilities management providers and service contracts

  • Lead workplace safety security and emergency preparedness programs

  • Oversee preventative maintenance plans and asset lifecycle management

  • Drive operational efficiency sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support coach and guide local facilities teams

  • Ensure compliance with company policies regulatory requirements and operational standards

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver effective workplace solutions across the region

About You

You are a proactive facilities professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating safe and productive work environments.

You will bring

  • Experience in facilities property or workplace management

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability

  • Knowledge of workplace health safety security and compliance requirements

  • Experience managing vendors contractors and service agreements

  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on service excellence
