The Role
Following our continued growth and success winning and positioning ourselves to deliver current and future major infrastructure projects across Australia we have an exciting opportunity for a talented GIS Analyst join our Melbourneteamandassiston major projects inVictoriaand across ANZ.
You will play a key and growing role in the delivery of SMECs professional services across all parts of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in map and graphics production
- Spatial data management
- Advanced data analysis
- Development ofdata collection apps
About you:
5 years professional experience in a similar GIS rolepreferably within the engineering environmental or infrastructure consulting industry.
StrongproficiencyinESRIGISapplicationsand platformsincludingArcGISProEnterprise Portal DashboardsExperience BuilderField MapsSurvey123and Quick Capture.
Performadvancedspatial analysis to support planningdesignand assessment tasks.Advanced PythonFMEandFulcrumworkflow automationexperiencewill be looked upon favourably
Experienceinadvancedmapand graphics production as well as spatial dataQA/QCon keyengineering projects
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams
Degree qualified in GISGeomaticsEngineeringorsimilardiscipline
