Whats the role
In this role youll support the ongoing evolution governance and adoption of Yields Westpacs strategic Model Risk Management platform. Working within the Risk BAO Services team youll act as the key link between business stakeholders technology teams delivery partners and vendors to ensure the platform remains fit-for-purpose and aligned with business and governance requirements.
This is a business-led analyst role rather than a pure technology role combining business analysis platform configuration governance and change delivery. Youll help drive platform enhancements perform impact assessments support prioritisation of change initiatives and ensure configuration changes are delivered in a controlled and well-governed manner.
Youll work in a fast-paced environment supporting Risk stakeholders with a strong focus on requirements gathering stakeholder engagement governance oversight and continuous improvement across BAO Services applications and processes.
This is a full-time role based in Sydney with flexible working arrangements available.
What do I need
- Experience in business analysis application support platform governance or techno-functional roles within financial services or other regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business technology delivery teams and vendors
- Experience gathering requirements conducting impact assessments and supporting solution design and implementation
- Exposure to Jira Confluence Agile delivery methodologies and change governance practices
- Technical capability including platform configuration systems thinking and exposure to SQL Power BI Power Automate or similar tools
- A proactive analytical mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Experience within Risk Model Risk governance platforms or BAO Services environments will be highly regarded.
