Amenities Attendant

About the role

As an Amenities Attendant youll be the quiet hero of the guest experience. While others see just bathrooms and facilities you know this is where guests decide how clean comfortable and cared for they feel.

What Youll do

• Keep guest amenities (bathrooms showers laundry and common areas) clean tidy and well stocked
• Ensure all facilities are presented to a high standard throughout the day
• Report maintenance issues promptly to keep everything in safe working order
• Assist guests with basic queries about facilities and the property
• Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures to meet safety and cleanliness standards
• Work closely with the wider team to make sure guests have a seamless positive stay

No two days are exactly the same some days are all about keeping ahead of the rush others are about the details that make our guests say Wow this place is spotless!

What youll bring

You dont need to have years of experience were looking for the right attitude and a great work ethic. Youll bring:

• Comfort with physical work  bending lifting moving and being on your feet

• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts  including weekends and public holidays
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (handy but not essential well show you the ropes)
