Your opportunityAs a Fitness Lead youll play a key role in supporting clients to stay active independent and confident. Youll make an impact by:Leading group exercise programs including strength and wellness-based classesDeveloping and monitoring individualised exercise plans tailored to client needs and goalsSupporting clients to improve mobility independence and overall quality of lifeContributing to the planning promotion and evaluation of fitness programs and servicesWhat youll bringTo succeed in this role youll need the following qualificationsCertificate IV in FitnessRegistration with Fitness Australia or ESSADemonstrated experience delivering fitness programs Current drivers licenceNational Police CheckWe would also love you to bring the following skills:A passion for health wellbeing and supporting older people to stay activeConfidence delivering both group classes and individual programsA collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teamsA proactive solutions-focused mindset and eagerness to innovateAdditional qualifications in Pilates Tai Chi or similar are highly regardedWhy join ECHWe want you to be MORE with us.
