We have an exciting opportunity for an Agronomist (early career or Graduate) to join our team in South-West Victoria supporting both customersuccessand the continued growth of the DLF Seeds business.
This role provides sales support to our retail customers while working alongside our Technical Services team to deliver reliable product data practical agronomicinsightand strong customer outcomes. You will join a collaborative values-led team that offers hands-on learninghigh standardsand the opportunity to grow in a commercially focused environment.
Reporting to the Southern Regional Sales Manager your key areas of responsibility will be:
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with customers and rural retail partners across South-West Victoria
Support customers with practical agronomic advice productknowledgeand responsive service
Contribute to regional sales performance and business growth in a high-performing environment
Plan and manage regional trials and demonstration sites to generate reliable product data
Analyse trial results and translate findings into practical commercially relevant insights
Deliver field days training and extension activities thatshowcaseproduct value and technicalexpertise
Work collaboratively across salesmarketingand technical teams to support successful product delivery
Skills:
A qualification in Agriculture Agronomy or a related field will be highly regarded
A background in farming pasture-basedagricultureor the dairy industry with sound on-farm understanding
A proactive and organised approach with the ability to balance priorities
A practicalpositiveand customer-focused approach with the motivation to learn and grow in a high-performing environment
Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team
Willingness to travel regularly across the region
